In light of cuts to SNAP benefits announced in late 2025, we began collecting food and supplies donations at our store. As our box filled up, our staff delivered donations to our neighborhood’s little free pantries and to the Keystone Community Food Center.
But then ICE came to town, and we realized people needed to be fed now more than ever, so we decided to continue our food drive for the foreseeable future. Now, donations are almost exclusively going to those in need directly in our neighborhood.
Next time you’re in to shop, pick up a prescription, or get a vaccine, consider leaving a can of soup, tin of cat food, or purchasing some supplies—like feminine hygiene products or toilet paper—to help stock our box!
