We have finally received our first batch of Nuvaxovid™ COVID vaccine for individuals 12+ years old. This vaccine is protein-based instead of being built with mRNA technology. Appointments are now bookable on our Appointments page!

Medicare Open Enrollment is OPEN

Now through December 7 is the period when Medicare enrollees are able to "shop around" for a health insurance plan for next year, and we HIGHLY recommend that you take this opportunity to do your research. There is never a guarantee that the plan you had this year will be a good fit for you next year, and some individuals may want to consider switching back to traditional Medicare from a Medicare Advantage plan, if their plan is being discontinued in 2027.

We also have a spreadsheet listing the plans we'll be in-network with next year (please note that if you're part of a very large insurance group, such as Ramsey County retirees, your plan may be unique from those on this list).

Vote early with Health Care for All MN

Our friends at Health Care for All Minnesota have teamed up with Women’s March MN, MN AFL-CIO and MN 50501 to host a nonpartisan, family-friendly early voting event at The Commons in downtown Minneapolis! This will be a great opportunity to meet new friends, listen to live music, and get your vote for the coming general election in (Minnesota) nice and early.
